Yes, for customers with a support agreement: you open an emergency ticket and we call back as set out in the agreement. Without an agreement you are still welcome – we help when we have the capacity.

We are based in Stockholm and have customers throughout Sweden. We work on site in Stockholm, Uppsala and the surrounding areas, and remotely across Europe – our consultants are used to both, depending on what the assignment needs.

It depends on the nature of the assignment. Many of our services, especially in network automation, cloud infrastructure and DevOps, can be delivered effectively remotely. For other assignments, such as physical installation, more complex migrations or running workshops, being on site can be an advantage. We are flexible and adapt to your needs, whether you are in Stockholm or anywhere else in Sweden.
