What we help with

Urgent faults in business networks – from a single switch to a whole office at a standstill.

Complete network outage

The whole network is down and nobody can work. We find where the fault is and get traffic flowing again.

Slow or unstable network

Drop-outs that come and go, packet loss, or a connection that cannot keep up.

Internet not working

No or unstable internet connection – we troubleshoot your side and help you take it up with the provider.

Firewall and VPN

The firewall blocks traffic, VPN tunnels drop, or remote staff cannot connect.

Wireless network

The Wi-Fi is down, drops clients or does not cover where it should.

Hardware failure

A router, switch or firewall has stopped. We help you restore operation and source a replacement if needed.

How it works

  1. Open a ticketDescribe what happened and how urgent it is. The more we know up front, the sooner we can start.
  2. We prioritiseTickets from customers with a support agreement come first, with the response time stated in the agreement. We handle other tickets when we have the capacity.
  3. Remote or on siteMany network faults can be fixed over a secure remote connection. If the fault needs us on site, we come out. We decide together what works best.
  4. Fix and next stepsOnce you are back up, we tell you what caused the fault and what we recommend so it does not happen again.

Coverage area

We do on-site call-outs in and around Stockholm and Uppsala. Remote support over a secure connection is available across Europe – no travel needed, and many network faults can be solved remotely.

Support contract

Emergency support is included in our support agreements. The agreement runs month to month, with content tailored to your environment.

With an agreement your tickets get priority and we already know your environment when something happens. Without an agreement we help you as time and availability allow, with no guaranteed response time.

Emergency network support – FAQ

What is emergency network support?

Urgent help when the company network stops working – when a switch, router or firewall stops, the internet goes down or the Wi-Fi fails and the business stands still. The emergency service is part of our support agreements.

We do not have a support agreement – can we still get help?

You are always welcome to get in touch. Without an agreement we have no on-call readiness for you, so we will get back to you when we have the capacity and cannot promise a response time.

How quickly can you help us?

With a support agreement the response time in the agreement applies, and we can start troubleshooting many faults remotely as soon as we have talked to you. Without an agreement we help when we have the capacity.

Is the emergency support available around the clock?

It depends on your support agreement. The agreement states when emergency support applies to you – around the clock or during the hours we have agreed. Without an agreement, we help when we can.

What does it cost?

For customers with a support agreement, it is set out in the agreement. Without one: ask us, and you will know what it costs before we start.

Can you help remotely?

Yes. Many network problems can be solved over a secure remote connection, which saves travel time. We decide with you what suits your particular problem.

Where do you do call-outs?

On site in and around Stockholm and Uppsala. Remote support across Europe. Read more under Coverage area.

Do we need new equipment after the fault?

Not always. If something has to be replaced, we source replacement equipment, and if you want to review the network at a calmer pace afterwards you can talk to a network architect.

Is the problem happening right now?

Open an emergency ticket. Customers with a support agreement get a call back as set out in it, others when we have the capacity.
