Data controller
Caziti Stockholm AB, company reg. no. 559150-6265, Ulriksborgsgatan 7 Lgh 1706, is the data controller for the whole website, the store included. Contact for all questions about personal data: sales@caziti.com.
We only collect what we need to answer you and to do business with your company. We never sell personal data.
Forms sent by email
The contact form, the emergency support form and the application to Caziti Invest are sent to us by email and are not stored on the website. You receive a confirmation at the email address you enter. Your IP address is used briefly, without being stored, to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. If you have accepted cookies for statistics or marketing, information about which advert or website you came from is included too.
- Contact form – name, company, email, phone (optional), what it concerns and your message. We use the data to reply and follow up. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or steps prior to entering into a contract if you want to engage us.
- Job applications (the contact form, “Jobs and careers”) – what you write about yourself and any links to LinkedIn or a CV. We only use them to assess the application. Legal basis: steps prior to a possible employment contract and our legitimate interest in recruiting. Please don't include sensitive data, for example about health, that the application does not need.
- On-call tickets – contact person, company, phone, email, address or location (optional), whether you have a support agreement and a description of the problem. We use the data to call you back and resolve the ticket. Legal basis: contract for customers with a support agreement, otherwise our legitimate interest in helping.
- Application to Caziti Invest – name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile and the information about the company, the team and the funding that you provide. We use it to assess the application and to contact you about it. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract that you have requested by applying.
Quote requests and questions in the store
A quote request and a question via Ask us in the store are stored in our database and sent to us by email, so that we can prepare the quote and follow it up.
- Quote request – company name, company registration number (optional), name, email, phone (optional), message, selected products and prices, delivery country and whether you want help with installation.
- Ask us – your question and email or phone, and name and company if you enter them.
- For both we also store your IP address, to stop spam and abuse, and – only if you have accepted cookies for statistics or marketing – which advert or website you came from.
Legal basis: steps prior to a contract and the contract (quote and delivery), our legitimate interest in following up requests and preventing abuse, and legal obligation for screening against export regulations and sanctions lists and for bookkeeping when you order.
When you order
When a quote becomes an order, we process the data needed to deliver and invoice: company, contact person, delivery and invoice address, and end customer. We screen the customer, end user and delivery address against sanctions lists before delivery. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation (the Swedish Bookkeeping Act and rules on export control and sanctions).
How long we keep the data
- Quote requests and questions that do not lead to a sale are deleted automatically 24 months after the last contact.
- IP addresses stored with a request are removed automatically after 90 days.
- Data that forms part of a sale is kept for as long as the customer relationship lasts and for as long as the Swedish Bookkeeping Act requires.
- Emails from the forms stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them for the matter. Job applications and applications to Caziti Invest that do not go further are deleted when the matter is closed.
- The server's logs, which may contain IP addresses, are deleted after about 30 days.
Who receives the data
- Email: what you send us via the forms is handled by our email provider as our data processor. If data is processed outside the EU/EEA, this is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Hosting: the website and the database run on a server at our hosting provider in Sweden.
- Spam protection: the forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. When you start filling in a form, Google's script is loaded and sends information about the browser and how the page is used (including the IP address) to Google to assess whether you are a person. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the forms free of spam. Google's privacy policy applies to its processing.
- Distributor and manufacturer: only when you order do we pass the data needed for the order to our distributor and, for registering support and licences in the end customer's name, to the manufacturer.
- Advertising platforms: only if you have accepted cookies for statistics or marketing is measurement data shared with the services listed under Cookies below.
- Authorities: if the law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you and to request rectification, erasure or restriction. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can receive data you have provided yourself in a machine-readable format. You can withdraw a consent at any time. Email sales@caziti.com and we will reply within one month. Data we are required by law to keep, such as bookkeeping records, cannot be erased early.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), imy.se.
