Apply to quotes, purchases and services from Caziti. Last updated 1 November 2026.

This is an English translation. If it differs from the Swedish version, the Swedish version applies.

Who we are

The website, the store included, is operated by Caziti Stockholm AB (company reg. no. 559150-6265), Ulriksborgsgatan 7 Lgh 1706 – below “Caziti” or “we”. We are network consultants and an independent reseller. This website does not belong to Cisco, and the manufacturers are not party to agreements between us and the customer.

Business customers only

We only sell to companies and organisations, not to private individuals. Whoever sends a request or accepts a quote must be authorised to act for the company. Consumer protection legislation therefore does not apply. Purchases are governed by the quote and these terms, and otherwise by Swedish law.

Prices and maximum price

  • Prices in the store are our prices excluding VAT and shipping. They are updated every working day and may therefore change.
  • Currency: the English store shows prices in euro (EUR). They are our Swedish krona prices converted at the Riksbank's latest EUR rate and rounded up to whole euros. A quote request sent from the English store is quoted in EUR, and the maximum price below then applies in EUR.
  • Maximum price: the price shown when you send a quote request is the highest price the quote can have for the same items and quantities – provided we send the quote within 7 days of the request. For larger volumes or projects the quote is often lower.
  • The maximum price applies to items shown with a price (Our price). Items and licences shown as “price in quote” are priced in the quote. Shipping is not included and is stated in the quote.
  • Prices on the website are not an offer, and a request binds neither you nor us. The binding price, stock status and delivery time are given in the quote.
  • Obvious errors are excepted, for example a price that is wrong because of a technical error or a typing mistake. If we discover such an error, we will tell you before you order.

Quote and order

  • The quote is sent by email and states the price, stock status, delivery time, how long the quote is valid and any special terms.
  • The purchase becomes binding when you accept the quote in writing, for example by replying to the email, while the quote is valid. The order is subject to the export control check being cleared (see below).
  • If the quote and these terms say different things, the quote applies.

Delivery and risk

  • We deliver to addresses within the EU/EEA. Delivery method, shipping cost and estimated delivery time are stated in the quote.
  • Delivery times are based on information from the distributor and the manufacturer. If a delivery is delayed, we will let you know as soon as we know.
  • Risk for the goods passes to you when they have been delivered to the address you gave, unless the quote says otherwise.
  • Check the delivery when it arrives. Report transport damage, wrong items or missing parts to us by email without undue delay.
  • There is no right of withdrawal for purchases between businesses. Returns of goods that are not faulty are only possible by agreement in the individual case.

Payment

Payment is made against invoice according to the terms in the quote. The website does not take any payments.

Products, warranty and licences

  • We only sell new products purchased through the manufacturers' authorised distribution.
  • Warranty, support and software licences apply in accordance with the respective manufacturer's terms. We make no undertakings of our own beyond these.
  • Support and licence agreements are registered in the end customer's name. For this reason we pass the end customer's company name and contact details to the distributor and the manufacturer when you order.
  • If a product is faulty, contact us and we will help you with the warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Export control and sanctions

  • The products are subject to US and European export regulations. Before we deliver, we screen the customer, end user and delivery address against applicable sanctions lists. If the screening is not cleared we do not deliver, and we may then decline or cancel the order.
  • The customer certifies that the products will be used in its own business within the EU/EEA and will not be re-exported, and that neither the customer nor the end user appears on any sanctions list.
  • We do not deliver to countries or regions subject to sanctions, e.g. Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba or occupied parts of Ukraine.

Consulting services and emergency network support

  • Consulting assignments – for example network design, installation, automation and operations – are agreed separately for each assignment. Scope, price and terms are set out in that agreement or quote. A product quote does not include installation or other services unless the quote says so.
  • Emergency network support is for customers with a support agreement, and help is given according to that agreement. Others are welcome to submit a ticket but are helped when we have time, with no promised response time.

Caziti Invest

An application via the investment page is not binding on either party. Any investment is governed by a separate agreement.

Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for example loss of profit, loss of production, downtime or lost data.
  • Our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you have paid for the product or service the loss relates to.
  • We are not liable for delays or obstacles beyond our control, for example supply problems at the manufacturer or distributor, decisions by authorities, changed export regulations or transport disruption.
  • These limitations do not apply if we caused the loss intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.

Information on the website

Product information, guides and compatibility details are based on the manufacturers' sources. We do our best to keep them correct, but the manufacturer's own datasheet applies if anything differs. Feel free to state important requirements in your request, and we will check them before the quote. Product images on the website are simplified illustrations.

Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Meraki and Catalyst are registered trademarks or trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc. and/or its affiliates in the United States and certain other countries.

Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these terms. A purchase is governed by the terms that were on the website when you accepted the quote. Swedish law applies to these terms and to agreements with us. Disputes are settled by the Swedish general courts.
