Support and hardware replacement iA support contract (Cisco Smart Net) gives you Cisco TAC around the clock, software updates and a replacement part if the hardware fails – the level decides how fast the part arrives. Licence (SD-WAN/DNA) iCatalyst 8000 routers are licensed by traffic tier: roughly T0 25 Mbit/s, T1 about 250 Mbit/s, T2 1 Gbit/s, T3 10 Gbit/s (T3 requires Advantage). Choose a tier that matches your internet connection. Read the guide: How Cisco licensing works →10 options
