Support and hardware replacement iA support contract (Cisco Smart Net) gives you Cisco TAC around the clock, software updates and a replacement part if the hardware fails – the level decides how fast the part arrives. Licence iThe switch requires a subscription (Essentials or Advantage) with software updates and support – the available terms are shown in the choice. Essentials is enough for most office networks; Advantage is needed for SD-Access and advanced analytics. If you don't choose, we add the right licence in the quote.
